Trade of natural intestines

This activity was the first one developed by the founder of the Boyauderie Alsacienne from 1959.

Intestines are imported from numerous origins :

  • Sheep intestines: Turkey, China, Australia,
    New Zealand,
  • Ox intestines: South America,
  • Pork intestines: Europe et China.

Intestines proposed by Boyauderie Alsacienne are emptied, cleaned, streamlined and kept (preserved) in dry salt.
